The new ExecFactor platform will acquire roofing and exterior restoration companies. Its focus will be on partnering with existing businesses that offer re-roofing, roofing repair, waterproofing, restoration, and maintenance services for commercial customers in diverse end markets including government, education, healthcare, life sciences, data centers, manufacturing, and other sectors.
